Hello.
Some time ago i was on your server. I was minding my own business, doing nothing against the rules. I was then banned for the reason "hacking". I admit that i was hacking that day for the purpose of getting out of a massive cavern, not to grief. When i logged on i read the rules and there was no mention of not being allowed to hack. I was banned by an admin named crafter and would like to be unbanned. It was a unfair ban because i was not doing anything against the posted rules.

Kozthewolfman, yes? In each spawn point, there are signs that list the rules. At the time of your ban, the spawn without a doubt had the rule of no hacking listed. Hacking is against the rules all together, regardless of wether you use it go grief or not. You will not get an appeal.

When I originally joined the server spawn was some wood blocks floating above the water and no signs were present. Therefore I had no idea of the rules. How can I be banned for breaking rules that I never saw? I would like other admins to weigh in of this along with the owner. I now understand that hacking is not allowed and have uninstalled my hack client.

I know for a fact in that spawn the the rule of no hacking is listed. Because at the time of your ban there's been at least one new spawn with the rules clearly listed, there is no excuse for your hacking. |

I understand that at the time of my ban spawn was complete. However how was I supposed to know that rules had been posted if I was never in spawn??

Never in spawn? Let me look over my video footage of you. If I see you even anywhere close to a spawn, then you shall remain banned. If not, I'll give you an appeal.

Sorry, you will not get your appeal. You were right outside of spawn when I first started recording. I wish I could give you what you want, but since you knowingly lied to my face, I shall not.

Is this the footage you so kindly posted to youtube? Because if so, you will notice that i was never IN spawn, only AROUND it. Therefore I never saw the signs. I would still like other admins and even the owner to weigh in on this because after reading several posts on the forum, it seems that i am not the only one who has had an unfair ban or issues with your abuse of powers.
